三种义眼座血管化的SPECT和组织病理学实验研究 被引量:18

The SPECT and histopathologic observation on the vascularization of orbital hydroxyapatite implant in rabbits

摘要 目的 评价兔眶内植入 3种不同的羟基磷灰石 (HA)义眼座的血管化的时间、程度和生物相容性 ,探讨义眼座血管化的影响因素。方法 将 2 4只新西兰白兔随机分成A、B、C 3组 ,每组 8只。分别行左眼内容摘除 +天然HA义眼座 (5 0 0μm)、天然HA义眼座 (2 0 0 μm)、国产合成HA义眼座 (5 0 0 μm)植入术。观察 3组术后第 1,2 ,3 ,4,6,8周 ,4月 ,8月义眼台血管化过程中SPECT和组织病理学变化。结果  2 4例无一例出现暴露。SPECT和组织病理学观察显示 :A组术后 4周植入物完全血管化 ;B组和C组术后 6周完成。结论  3种HA义眼座均有良好生物相容性。天然较国产合成HA血管化速率快 ;HA义眼台血管化的速度与微孔孔径有关 ,5 0 0 μm较 2 0 0 μm血管化早。 Objective To evaluate the fibrovascular ingrowth progression of 2 kinds of hydroxyapatite (HA) implants in a rabbit model.Methods 24 rabbits were divided into 3 groups.Group A received original hydroxyapatite implant(500 μm);Group B received original hydroxyapatite implant(200 μm);Group C received synthetic hydroxyapatite implant.SPECT and histopathologic changes were inspected at 1,2,3,4,6,8 weeks,4 and 8 months.Results Exposure of the implant were not observed in 24 rabbits.SPECT and histtopathologic observation proved:group A were fully vascularized after 4 weeks;group B and group C were fully vascularized after 6 weeks.Conclusion (1) The results show that all the three kinds of hydroxyapatites are well biocompatible and were fully vascularized.(2) The vascularization of hydroxyapatite orbil implant is related to the pore size of the orbil implant.The vascularization of original hydroxyapatite implant(500 μm) is earlier than that of the original hydroxyapatite implant(200 μm).
