对氧磷脂酶192Glu/Arg多态性与2型糖尿病周围神经病变发病的关系

目的:研究对氧磷脂酶-1(PON-1)192Gln／Arg多态性与2型糖尿病周围神经病变发病的关系。方法:RFLP-PCR法对89例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者、80例单纯糖尿病的患者和90例健康对照组者的PON-1192进行基因分型。结果:PON-1基因在192A、B等位基因在糖尿病合并周围神经病变组为0.19、0.81。单纯糖尿病组为0.37、0.63,正常对照组为0.39、0.61,结论PON基因第192位B等位基因是糖尿病并发周围神经病变的危险因素之一。

Objective: to study the relationship between Glu-Arg 192 polymorphism of paraoxnase-1 and type 2 diabetes with neuropathy. Methods: the genotype of the PON-1 was determined by PCR-RFLP in 89 type 2 DM patients complicated with neuropathy, 80 neuropathy-uncomplicated type 2 DM, and 90 healthy control subjects. Results' the A B al lele frequencies of the PON-1 gene areO. 18, 0. 82 in type 2 DM patients complicated with neuropathy, 0. 40, 0. 60 in neuropathy-uncomplicated type 2 DM and 0. 39, 0. 61 in healthy control. Conclusions: Glu-Arg 192 polymorphism of PON-1 gene is associated with type 2 DM patients complicated with neuropathy and B allele might be a risk factor.
