Excavation of Ditch Surrounded Tombs at Daling Grain Depot in Sanmenxia

2001年8月三门峡市文物考古研究所为配合大岭路国家粮食储备库建设工程发掘一批秦汉墓葬,其中M197和M198两座墓有围墓沟,随葬器物有陶器、铁器、铜器、兽骨等。其时代定为西汉初期。

In August, 2001, Sanmenxia Institution of Cultural Relics and Archaeology excavated some tombs in Qin and Han dynasties. Among them, No. 197 and No. 198 tombs surrounded by ditches. Some burial artifacts such as pottery, ironware, bronze were discovered. The two tombs belong to the Western Han period.
