Research on Buddhist Statues in Northern Wei Dynasty of Shifuo Temple in Qixian County

本文主要以淇县石佛寺田迈造像以及该寺旧址出土的吴晏子造像为例,对其雕刻内容和表现手法进行分析,阐明北魏神龟年间豫北地区出现的一种独特的民间造像艺术风格,并对田迈造像的雕刻年代作更准确的推断。

The article analyses the content and style of Tian Mai stone statue and Wu Yanzi stone statue excavated at the Stone Buddha temple in Qi county, and clarifies the special art style of the folk popular with in northern Henan area during the Shengui reign of Northern Wei dynasty and concludes the carved time of the Tianmai stone statue.
