摘要
目的 了解高校教师心理亚健康现状并探讨其主要影响因素 ,为高校教师的心理保健工作提供科学依据。方法 分层随机抽取广东省 19所高等院校 86 6 2名教师进行问卷调查。结果 高校教师心理亚健康发生率为 4 3.90 % (95 %CI为 4 2 .86 %~ 4 4 .94 % ) ;女教师心理亚健康发生率 (47.87% )明显高于男教师 (39.79% ) (χ2 =5 5 .781,P <0 .0 1) ;随教师年龄增加 ,心理亚健康发生率呈逐渐下降趋势 (χ2trend=12 0 .86 ,P <0 .0 1) ;心理亚健康以对周围事物缺乏兴趣、多梦 ,休息不好、记忆力减退、焦虑及注意力难以集中等为主 ,其影响因素主要有工作不开心、工作吃力、缺乏朋友可以谈心、对生活现状不满意等 7项。结论 目前高校教师心理亚健康现状不容乐观 ,建立完善的教师社会支持网络 ,开展针对教师 ,特别是中青年和女教师的心理保健和心理咨询工作具有重要意义。
Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of mental subhealth on the college teachers. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 8 662 teachers from 19 colleges and universities in Guangdong using stratified and cluster sampling. Results The incidence of mental subhealth was 43.90% (95%CI: 42.86%~44.94%). Rate of female was significantly higher than that of male ( χ2=55.781, P<0.01). It gradually decreased with growth of age ( χ 2=120.86, P<0.01). The main symptoms were lack of interest towards surrounding, bad sleep, decreasing memory, anxiety and could not concentrate on work. The main influencing factors of mental subhealth status were working without pleasure, painful working progress, lack of friends, being not satisfied with present situation, and so on. Conclusions A perfect social support net of teachers should be established. It is important to carry out psycho-consultation among teachers.
