阿罗洛尔治疗顽固性高血压的临床研究

Study of Efficacy of Arotinolol in Treating Obstinate Hypertension

目的 观察阿罗洛尔治疗顽固性高血压的疗效。方法 入选顽固性高血压患者 5 2例 ,采用自身前后对照方法予以阿罗洛尔 1 0mgbid ,治疗 4周 ,其中 1 5例进行动态血压比较。 结果 通过阿罗洛尔的治疗 ,从治疗前BP(2 2 .0 / 1 3.6± 1 .8/ 1 .1 )kPa(1 6 4 .7/ 1 0 1 .8± 1 3.8/ 8.1 )mmHg降到 4周时BP(1 8.8/ 1 2 .0± 1 .6 / 1 .1 )kPa(1 4 1 .2 /89.7± 1 2 .1 / 7.9)mmHg ;(P <0 .0 1 ) ,心率从 84 .5± 1 2 .1次 /min降到 6 7.2± 9.5次 /min(P <0 .0 1 )。 1 5例动态血压结果显示 ,阿罗洛尔在白昼和夜晚均能平稳降压 ,白昼与夜间血压下降的幅度相近。结论 阿罗洛尔能降低顽固性高血压患者的收缩压和舒张压 ,疗效显著 ,且较少发生副作用。

Objective As started in the title.Methods A randomized,single blind,and self-controlled study was conducted in 52 patients with obstinate hypertension.They were treated with twice daily doses of 10 mg arotenolol for 4 weeks,and the ambulatory BP was monitored in 15 of them.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the mean pressure decreased from (22.0/13.6±1.8/1.1)kPa to (18.8/12.0±1.6/1.1)kPa (P<0.01),and the mean heart rate decreased from (84.5±12.1)min to (67.2±9.5)min.The ambulatory BP monitory in 15 patients suggested that a steady BP can be maintained without fluctuation throughout 24 h by arotenolol.There is no difference in the effect between day and night.Conclusion Arotinolol is effective in treating obstinate hypertension and has less side effects.
