疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝21例报告

Application of Mesh-plug in Tension-Free Hernia Repair for Recurren t Inguinal Hernia (A Report of 21 Cases)

目的 总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝的近期效果。 方法 采用Mesh plug定型产品行疝环充填式无张力疝修补 ,治疗老年复发性腹股沟疝 2 1例。 结果 平均手术时间 4 0 (2 5～ 70 )min ,术后并发尿潴留 3例 ,阴囊积液 1例 ,切口下血肿 1例 ,伤口持续疼痛 1例 ,局部轻度隆起伴异物感 1例。随访 12～ 2 4个月 ,无再次复发病例。 结论 疝环充填式无张力疝修补术符合解剖生理 ,手术方法操作简单 ,手术时间短 ,游离少 ,创伤小 ,无张力 ,近期疗效满意 ,对老年复发性腹股沟疝患者尤为适用。

Objective To evaluate the short-term therap eu tic effect of Mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair for recurrent inguinal hern ia. Methods 21 old patients of recurrent inguinal hernia underwent tension-free hernia repair with Mesh-plug. Results Average operation time was 40(25～70)minutes. Postoperative complication : retention of urine in 3 cases, scrotal hyolrocele in 1 case, incision hematoma in 1 case, continunous incision pain in 1 case, slight local prominence with fo reign body sensation in 1 case. There was no recurrence with 12 to 24 months fol low-up. Conclusion Basing upon the physiological anatom y, Mesh-plug tension-free henia repair demonstrates the advantages of simple p recedure, short operating time, less dissection, minor invasion, tension-free a nd satisfied short-term therapeutic effect, could be recommeded for old patient s with recurrent inguinal hernia.
