巨乳症的手术疗效比较

Surgical Treatment of Macromastia

目的 探讨不同手术方式对巨乳症的治疗效果。 方法 1993年 11月～ 2 0 0 3年 11月 ,我科共收治巨乳症患者 33例 6 6侧 ,根据乳腺病变的性质、部位、大小、乳房下垂的程度 ,选择下述不同的术式 :垂直双蒂瓣法 6例 ,无垂直切口的横双蒂瓣法 12例 ,双环形切口乳房缩小术 15例。 结果术后外观评价 :优良 2 7例 5 3侧 ,中 7例 13侧 ;术后乳房疼痛改善率 96 .8% (30 / 31) ,肩背痛及睡眠明显改善 10 0 % (31/ 31,2 5 / 2 5 ) ,乳房下皱襞湿疹、皮炎治愈率 10 0 % (15 / 15 ) ,术后着装满意率 10 0 % (33/ 33)。结论 乳房缩小整形术是治疗巨乳症的首选方法 ,应根据乳房肥大、下垂的程度选择不同的术式。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect an d complications of different procedures for macromastia. Methods From November 1993 to November 2003, reduction mammaplasty was performed in 33 patients with macromastia and ptosis.The operation methods were selected a ccording to the extent of macromastia and ptosis. 6 patients underwent Mckissock reduction mammaplasty;12 patients underwent improved Strombeck reduction mammap lasty and 15 patients underwent the bicycli insion technique. Result s The successful rate was 100%, and symptoms were relieved significa ntly. Conclusion Reduction mammaplasty is the best optio n for the treatment of macromastia and ptosis .The method of reduction mammaplas ty should be choosed individually.
