2475名中小学生蠕形螨感染情况调查

INVESTIGATION ON THE DEMODEX INFECTION AMONG 2 475 STUDENTS OF MIDDLE AND PRIMARY SCHOOL

目的 了解中小学生蠕形螨感染情况。方法 采用(1.2 cm×3.0 cm)透明胶纸定量采样法,对徐闻县2 475名中、小学生进行蠕形螨感染调查。 结果 蠕形螨总感染率为28.20％(698／2475);高中、初中、小学学生感染率差异有显著性(x2=8.46,P<0.05),高中生感染率显著高于小学生(x2=7.98,P<0.005),男生感染率高于女生(x2=3.98,0.025<P<0.05);中、小学生均以单纯毛囊蠕形螨感染为主;农村学生与城镇学生感染率差异无显著性(P>0.05);鼻唇沟和颊部为主要感染部位,其次为鼻尖部、颜部、额部;中、小学生以轻度蠕形螨感染多见;有酒渣鼻、面部痒感、痤疮、脂溢性皮炎等面部症状者的蠕形螨感染率显著高于无症状者(x2=524.31,P<0.005)。 结论 中、小学生蠕形螨感染较为严重,积极开展学生蠕形螨查治和健康教育是今后学校卫生必不可少的工作。

Objective To investigate the Demodex infection among the middle and primary scholars. Methods The cellulose tape (1.2 cm×3. 0 cm) fix quantify sampling method was used to investigate the Demodex infection among the 2 475 students of middle and primary school in Xuwen County. Results The total infection rate was 28. 20% (698/2475). There was a significant difference in the Demodex infection between the senior, junior and primary students (x2= 8. 46,P<0. 05). The infection rate among the senior students was significantly higher than that of junior ones (x2=7. 98,P<0. 005), and the infection rate among the male was higher than the female's (x2=3. 98,P<0. 05). The Demodex jolliculorum was common among the scholars. There was no significant difference in the Demodex infection between the county and the city scholars (P>0. 05). The nasolabial groove and cheek were the main locus of Demodex infection. The low-grade infection was common among the scholars. The infection rate of Demodex among patients with brandy nose, acne, seborrheic dermatitis was significantly higher than that of without ones(x2 = 524. 31 ,P<0. 005). Conclusion To develop the prevention and cure of demodicidosis and strengthen the healthy education among the scholars is an important job in the future.
