Experience in surgical treatment of ruptured sinus of valsalva aneurysm

目的 探讨主动脉窦瘤破裂手术 ,总结分析手术效果和手术经验。方法 回顾性分析 1997年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 6月收治 43例主动脉窦瘤破裂病人的临床资料。结果 全组无死亡病例 ,术后切口感染 1例、轻度主动脉瓣关闭不全 1例、传导阻滞 1例、感染性心内膜炎合并主动脉瓣关闭不全 1例。结论 主动脉窦瘤破裂手术风险小且远期效果好 。

Objective To evaluate the surgical outcomes and to summarize the experience in the surgical treatment of ruptured sinus of valsalva aneurysm (RSVA). Methods The clinical data from 43 RSVA patients (male: 29, female: 14, age range: 18-65) undergoing surgical repair from Jan 1997 and Jun 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients survived the operation. Complications included incision infection in 1 case, aortic incompetence in 1 case, conduction block in 1 case, and infectious endomyocarditis combined with aortic incompetence in 1 case. Conclusion Treatment of RSVA is of low operative risk and satisfactory long-term clinical outcomes. Early operation is recommended to prevent the deterioration of the disease and complications.
