喉癌NF-κB信号转导通路的免疫组化研究

摘要 目的 :探讨NF -κB信号转导通路中的IKK、IκB、NF -κBP6 5在喉癌组织中的表达情况及意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学染色S -P法检测 4 0例喉癌组织、2 0例正常喉粘膜组织的IKKα、IκBα、NF -κBP6 5的表达水平。结果 :喉癌组织中IKKα、NF -κBP6 5的表达水平明显高于正常组织 ,IκBα的表达水平明显低于正常组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。有颈淋巴结转移的喉癌组织中IKKα、NF -κBP6 5表达水平比无转移的喉癌组织表达明显增强 ,IκBα表达水平则明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :NF -κB信号转导通路可能在喉癌的发生、发展及转移中发挥重要作用。 Objective:To explore the expression and significance of IKK, IκB and NF-κB P65 of NF-κ B signal transduction pathway in laryngeal carcinoma patients.Methods:The expression of IKKα, IκBα,NF-κB P65 was examined by immunohistochemical S-P method in laryngeal carcinoma tissues of 40 cases and normal laryngeal tissues of 20 cases.Results:The expression of IKKα and NF-κB P65 in laryngeal carcinoma tissue was higher compared with normal laryngeal tissue,while the expression of IκBα was lower( P <0.05).The expression of IKKα and NF-κB P65 in the carcinoma tissue with neck lymph node metastasis was higher than that without neck lymph node metastasis,but the expression of IκBα was lower ( P <0.05).Conclusion:NF-κB signal transduction pathway may play an important role in occurrence,development and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
