重庆地区支气管哮喘患者的过敏原调查分析

Study of allergens in patients with asthma in Chongqing area

目的 :探讨重庆地区支气管哮喘患者的过敏原种类及阳性情况。方法 :慢性支气管炎 2 5例作为对照 ,支气管哮喘 6 6例为研究组。采用皮肤针刺试验确定过敏原。结果 :(1)皮肤过敏原试验阳性 :慢性支气管炎组 2 0 .0 % (5 / 2 5 ) ,支气管哮喘组87.9% (5 8/ 6 6 ) ,两组之间差异具有显著性 ,χ2 =39.16 ,P <0 .0 0 1。 (2 )支气管哮喘患者的过敏原以吸入性为主 ,且常常同一患者对 2～ 3种吸入性过敏原过敏。结论 :皮肤过敏原试验可为哮喘患者寻找病因 ,同时为哮喘的临床治疗提供了实验依据。

Objective:To discuss the types of allergens and the positive rate of these patients suffering from bronchial asthma.Methods:25 patients with chronic bronchitis (CB) were studied as compared with 66 patients with bronchial asthma (BA).The spin prick test (SPT) was used.Results:(1) Positive allergy skin test:20.0% in CB and 87.9% in BA.There was significant difference between the two groups( χ 2=39.16, P <0.001).(2) The airborne allergens existed in bronchial asthma and there were two to three types of allergens found in most of the patients.Conclusion:Allergy skin test may help in etiology and provide experimental evidence for treatment of patients with bronchial asthma.
