加替沙星与左氧氟沙星注射液治疗急性淋菌性泌尿生殖道感染的对照研究

Randomized controlled study on gatifloxacin and levofloxacin injectionin the treatment of acute gonococcal urinary and reproductive tract infections

目的 :加替沙星注射液在治疗急性淋菌性泌尿生殖道感染中的有效性和安全性。方法 :采用随机双盲对照试验 ,以左氧氟沙星为对照药物 ,共治疗急性淋菌性泌尿生殖道感染 38例 ,加替沙星组和左氧氟沙星组各 19例。治疗方案均为静脉输注每次 0 .2 g ,一日两次 ,疗程 7～ 14天。结果 :试验组临床治愈率、有效率和淋菌清除率均为 10 0 % ,对照组分别为 96 .2 %、10 0 %和 10 0 %。对合并的支原体、衣原体感染的清除率试验组为 10 0 % ,而左氧氟沙星组为 85 .71%和 10 0 % ,两组无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论 :加替沙星治疗急性淋菌性泌尿生殖道感染的有效性和安全性与左氧氟沙星相似。

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin injection in the treatment of acute gonococcal urinary and reproductive tract infections.Methods:Taken levofloxacin as control,a double-blinded,randomized-controlled clinical trial was conducted.A total of 38 patients were enrolled (19 in trial group,19 in control group).The regimens were as follows:Either gatifloxacin or levofloxacin 0.2g,iv,twice a day for 7～14 days.Results:The cure rate,effective rate and bacterial clearance rate for trial groups were 100%,and those for control groups were 96.2%,100% and 100%,respectively.The mycoplasma and chlamydia clearance rates for trial groups were 100%,and those for control groups were 85.71% and 100% respectively.Statistic analysis did not show significant differences between the two groups ( P >0.05).No adverse effects were observed in both groups.Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin are similar to those of levofloxacin in the treatment of acute gonococcal urinary and reproductive tract infections.
