28例胃肠道间质细胞肿瘤的免疫组织化学表型分析

Immunochemistry Phenotype Analysis of 28 Cases of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor

目的 探讨免疫组织化学表型分析在胃肠道间质细胞肿瘤鉴别诊断中的意义。方法 回顾性分析28例胃肠道间质细胞肿瘤的临床资料,通过免疫组化进行确诊与鉴别诊断。结果 免疫组化表型为:CD117阳性率100％(28／28),Vim阳性率100％(28／28),CD34阳性率64％(18／28),SMA阳性率32.1％(9／28),S-100阳性率4％(1／28),NF和CgA为阴性。结论 免疫组织化学表型分析可用于胃肠道间质细胞肿瘤的鉴别诊断。

Objecive To investigate significance of immunochemistry phenotype analysis in differential diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). Methods Retrospectivly study the clinic data of 28 cases of GIST. To make diagnose and differential diagnose through immunochemistiy method. Results Positive ratio of immuno chemistry in 28 cases of GIST are CD117 100% (28/28) , Vim 100% (28/28), CD34 64.3% (18/28), SMA 32. 1 % (9/28), S - 100 3.6% (1/28), respectively. NF and CgA are negative. Conclusion Immunochemistry phenotype analysis can be used in differential diagnosis of GIST.
