Anterior Allograft and Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Thoracic and Lumbar Vertebral Tuberculosis in One Stage

目的 探讨一期前路植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎椎体结核的疗效。方法 对54例患者行一期前路植骨内固定。结果 对54例胸腰椎结核患者行4-24个月随访,术后复查示脊柱生理曲度、高度恢复满意,内固定可靠,无内固定物断裂、松动、脱出,植骨融合满意。结论 利用钛网植骨行胸腰椎椎体重建,可充分保证固定节段的稳定性,植骨融合好。

Objective To evaluate anterior allogralft and internal fixation for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar vertebral tuberculosis in one stage. Methods 54 patients of thoracic and lumbar vertebral tuberculosis were treated with anterior allograft and internal fixation. Results The 54 patients were followed up for 4 to 24 months. Break, looseness and prolapsus of fixation devices were not found in all patients; The restore of curve , interverte bral height, function of spinal cord and the bone fusions were satisfactory. Conclusions Thoracic and lumbar vertebral tuberculosis treated with anterior allograft and internal fixation can achieve a satisfactory rate with restoring the spinal stability, providing early bone fusion.
