分析了建立学校自评制度的必要性及教学工作自我评价的特征,结合学校的实际,提出了学校教学工作自评方案,旨在建立起以教学评价为核心的校内教学质量监控体系,从而不断提高自身的办学水平和办学效益。

This paper analyses the necessity of setting up self-assessment system in a college and charateristics of self-assessment in teaching performance. Also, it puts forward that the self-assessment scheme, combined with the college practice, aims at to set up a teaching quality suprervisory system with the teaching assessment as it's core, so as to enhance the level and efficiency of running a college.
