腹部手术患者围手术期低温的护理研究

Nursing of peri-operative hypothermia in patients undergoing abdomen surgery

目的 观察两种方法对腹部手术患者围手术期低温的护理效果，探讨适宜的预防围术期低温的护理方法。方法 随机选择腹部择期手术患者60例，分成两组(n＝30)：组1单纯使用暖气空调，控制室温30℃；组2采用暖气空调复合加热液体(40℃)输注。观察并记录两组患者入室时、消毒前、消毒后30min、术中最低鼻咽温、体温和有无寒颤等不良反应。结果两组患者入室时、消毒前体温差异无显著性(P＞0.05)；组2消毒后30min温度及术中最低温度明显高于组1(P＜0.05)，而寒颤反应发生率明显低于组1(P＜0.05)。结论 暖气空调复合加热液体(40℃)输注同单纯暖气空调相比，更能有效维持患者术中体温，是一种确切、实用的围术期体温护理方法。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of two methods on perio-perative hypothermia in patients undergoing abdomen surgery and explore the better way to prevent peri-operative hypothermia. Method Sixty elected patients undergoing abdomen surgery were dived into two groups: patients in group 1 were treated with warmer conditioner with room temperature of 30 and patients in group 2 were treated with infusion of fluid at 40 besides warmer conditioner. The temperature before sterilizing, at 30 rain after sterilizing and the lowest temperature in both groups were observed and recorded, the rate of shivering in each group were also recorded. Results There was no significant difference in temperature after entering room and before sterilizing between two groups (P>0.05); The temperature at 30 min after sterilizing and the lowest temperature in group 2 were higher than those in group 1 significantly (P<0.05); The rate of shivering were lower in group 2 significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the single way of warmer conditioner, method of warmer conditioner with infusion of fluid at 40 is more effective to maintain the temperature during operation and it is an exact and practical method to prevent peri—operative hypothermia.
