实习阶段护生临床能力评价研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 教育评价是教育过程中一个必不可少的环节,对于保证教育质量起着至关重要的作用,而教育效果评价是教育评价中的一个重要组成部分,它可以促进教与学,通过评价还可以发现学生的临床不足或临床需要改进的方面[1],确切地说,没有评价的教育是不完整的教育[2].
