On Several Combination of the Police Duty in Community

社区警务源于社区管理,而且是其中的一部分。实施社区警务应定位于以下四个方面的结合:警方行为与社区行为相结合;社区警务与社区服务相结合;经济杠杆调节与服务性相结合;专业性队伍与群众性治安队伍相结合。

The police duty of community is part of community management. Carrying out the police duty of community should position the following four combinations. The first, the police action combine with community action; the second, the police duty of community combines with community service; the third, economic lever regulation combine with service; the forth, specialized troop combine with public order troop of the masses.
