高校贫困生心理与教育对策探析

高校贫困大学生是一个需要给予特殊关注的群体 ,高等学校在关注他们经济困难的同时 ,更需要关注他们的内心世界 ,培养积极的情感和坚强的意志 ,使他们能顺利完成学业。为此 ,对高校贫困大学生应加强思想政治教育 ,引导他们树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观 ;开展多种形式的心理咨询、心理辅导活动 ,做好“心理解困”工作 ;指导他们正视贫困 ,帮助其树立自信心 ;建立多渠道扶助贫困生的机制 ;加强人际交往教育 ,引导他们建立和谐的人际关系。

The needy students in colleges and universities needs special consideration. Except helping them solve the economic difficulties, the colleges and universities should pay more attention to their minds, train their postitive feelings and strong will so that they can finish their school work. Therefore the needy students should be paid more attention in following ways such as strengthening education in moral and politics, guiding them to set up right world outlook, outlook on life, values, launching kinds of psychological consultation, releasing their depression, leading them to confront the poverty, helping them build self confidence, establishing effective supporting system, intensifying education in human relations and inducting them to form harmonious human relations.
