摘要
对与真空断路器相配的弹簧操动机构而言,其输出力特性和开关负载特性的合理匹配取决于凸轮机构的合理设计。按全程输出力大于阻力的原则,采用分段多项式方法确定了凸轮轮廓线。凸轮机构的理论计算与试验结果比较吻合,表明该方法能够有效地实现凸轮机构的优化设计,在满足操动机构运动特性的前提下,可降低弹簧刚度和输出力。
For vacuum circuit breaker with spring operating mechanism, an optimum design of cam mechanism is significant to make the output force characteristics match the load characteristics. The cam mechanism is designed based on the output force characteristics and the principle that the output force should be higher than the resistance force. The sectional polynomial method is also used in design. The theoretical calculation coincides with the experimental result, which shows that the method is feasible for optimum design of spring operating mechanism.
