摘要
人本管理是我国现代企业管理的发展趋势和客观要求,对我国现代企业人才管理的现状作了阐述,在分析人本管理以及人本企业特点的基础上,提出了我国现代企业实施人本管理的措施。
Humanity-oriented management, which stands for the trend, is the objective requirement of modern entrepreneurial management. This paper first surveys the humanity-oriented situation and characteristics of the present humanity-oriented management in China, and then puts forward some applicable measures that are available to Chinese enterprises.
