摘要
穿透式导弹发射箱薄膜盖的研制是导弹运载工具轻质化的一部分 ,由于其一方面需能承受一定的压力 ,即需具有足够的强度 ,另一方面又要求顶破力较小 ,而这两个要求是互相矛盾的。本文通过有限元仿真计算 ,确定了满足这两项要求的方案。然后研制了实物 ,进行了实验验证 ,设计分析的结果与实验结果吻合。本文的研究为轻质穿透式薄膜盖的研制和应用提供了方法和依据。
The research on the frangible fly through diaphragm cover for the missile launch canister is one part of the work to reduce the weight of missile transport facility. The cover must have enough strength to endure the pressure but smaller penetrable force. These two requirements are in conflict with each other. A new cover model to satisfy these two requirements is put forward by finite element dynamic simulations. The cover is then manufactured and its performance is verified by experiments. Numerical results agree well with experimental data. Results may be useful for design and manufacture of light frangible fly through diaphragm cover for missile launch canister.
