滴落状血迹形态大小与滴落高度及速度的模拟实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察不同介质上 ,不同高度、速度、高度和速度对滴落血迹的形态和大小。方法 采用抗凝人血 ,在静态和动态条件下 ,进行滴落血迹的模拟实验 ,观察血迹的形态 ,测量其直径 ,用SPSS 1 2 .0统计软件进行分析。结果 在静态条件下 ,多种介质表面的滴落血迹 ,呈圆形 ,其周围有毛刺状突起 ;滴落血迹的大小 (直径 )与滴落高度之间有较好的线性关系 ,可得出回归方程。在慢走、急走、跑、快跑动态条件下 ,滴落血迹为圆形或椭圆形 ,沿运动方向的一侧出现突起 ;高度、速度分别对 4种介质上的血迹形态均有影响 ,只在水泥路面上两者有交互作用。结论 滴落血迹形态和大小的观察和测量 ,可用于实际案件中出血部位的高度。 Objective To observe the shape and size of drip bloodstain on different kinds of object which dropped in different heights, speeds or height and speed. Methods Anticoagulation blood was dropped in static or movable conditions.The drip bloodstain was observed.The diameter was measured.The data were analyzed by spss 12.0 statistic software. Result In static conditions,the drip bloodstain on different kinds of object was shaped round with stings on edge.There was linear relationship between the diameter and height, which could deduce linear formula.In walk, hurry walk,run and dash movable conditions, the drip bloodstain appeared as round or ellipse with stings on one side along direction of motion. Height or speed influenced the shape and size of drip bloodstain on four kinds of object.Height and speed interacted on the shape and size of drip bloodstain only on cement ground. Conclusion The shape and size of drip bloodstain are useful to estimate the heights of bleeding, speeds and directions of motion.
