螺旋CT在胆囊癌诊断中的应用

Application of Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Gallbladder Carcinoma

目的 探讨螺旋CT在胆囊癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 分析手术及病理证实的 2 1例胆囊癌病例CT表现 ,术前均行平扫加增强扫描。结果 本组 2 1例胆囊癌CT表现特征可归纳为 4型 :①腔内肿块型 4例 ,占2 0 .5 %。②胆囊壁局限或弥漫性增厚型 4例 ,占 2 0 .5 %。③肿块充满型 5例 ,占 2 4.5 %。④胆囊周围浸润型 8例 ,占 41 .5 %。

Objective To study the application value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma.Methods To analyse the spiral CT findings of twenty-one patients with gallbladder carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology. Result There were four types of gallbadder carcinoma.The type of mass accounted for 20.5%(4/21).The type of thickening of the gallbladder wall accounted for 20.5%(4/21).The whole of mass accounted for 24.5%(5/21).Infused tumor accounted for 41%(8/21). Conclusion Spiral CT has very important value in diagnosis and identifying diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
