摘要 目的 :探讨维生素C抗氧化 /促氧化双向作用的机制、意义及调控方法。 方法 :分别将 10 %抗坏血酸 (H2 A组 )及维生素C注射液 (VCj组 )两组试剂的原液、原液 37℃水浴 10min、原液加入等体积H2 O、原液加入等体积H2 O2 及将原液配成0 0 8mmol/L与 0 32mol/LFe3 + 混匀 ,3min后加入 10 0mmol/LDMPO和 0 .8mmol/LH2 O2 诱导Fenton反应。将此 5种状态分别装入石英毛细管中进行ESR检测。 结果 :VCj注射液原液具有少量自由基信号 ,在加热、稀释及加入H2 O2 后信号增强 ,而纯H2 A无此现象。两者都可诱导Fenton反应。 结论 :VCj注射液由于制药工艺原因 ,在不同状态下具有抗氧化及促氧化双向作用 ,故不宜长期存放 ,亦不宜加温及稀释使用 ,且治疗时单次用剂量不宜过大。 Objective To evaluate the mechanism,significance and modulation of bidirectional effect of vitamine C on pro oxidation/antioxidation Methods 10% ascorbic acid(H 2A)and vitamine C injection were prepared into five states separately as follows:original liquid,original liquid boiled 10 minutes in 37℃ water,original liquid added with same volume of H 2O,original liquid added with same volume of H 2O 2,and 0.08 mmol/L original liquid mixed with 0.32 mmol/L Fe 3+ added 100 mmol/L DMPO and 0.8 mmol/L H 2O 2 after 3 minutes to induce Fenton response.All the 10 liquid preparations were put into quartz capillaries to detect oxygen free radical by electron spin resonance(ESR).Results There were little signals of oxgen free redical in original liquid of vitamin C injection,and when it was heated up,dilu ted and mixed with H 2O 2,the signal was enhanced,but ascorbic acid showed no signals.Both vitamin C injection and ascorbic acid(H 2A) could induce Fenton response. Conclusion Vitamin C injection exerts bidirectional effect of pro oxidation and anti oxidation under different states,so it can't be deposited for long time,and when it is used,it showed not be heated,nither be diluted,and not in big dosage at one time.
