预处理及低温贮藏对麝香百合切花的保鲜作用 被引量:11

摘要 用不同药剂对麝香百合切花进行预处理后在2℃低温贮藏,观察其瓶插寿命及切花品质.结果表明,用预处液A(4%蔗糖+300mg/L8-HQC+60mg/LAl2(SO4)3+100mg/LGA3)处理后直接在室温下瓶插的切花寿命最长;经过低温贮藏2周,切花寿命都略有缩短,但经过预处液A处理的切花较好. Cut Lily flowers were pretreated with different solutions, and then storaged at 2℃ for two weeks. Results indicated that the vase-holding life of lily, by the preservative: 4% Sucrose +300 mg/L 8-HQC+60 mg/L Al_2(SO_4)_3+100 mg/L GA_3, was the longest under normal temperature. After cold storage for 2 weeks, the longevity was decreased shortly, but flowers pretreated by solution was better.
