Theoretic and practical problems on constructing Wuhan metropolis

运用城市经济学等学科的基本理论,通过聚集-辐射效应,取得倍增的乘数共赢结果,即使武汉城市圈内9市实现超常规的发展,还要带动省内其他地区共建全面小康社会.分理论选择,在全国的地位,对其认识和建设的策略四个部分,提出一心两翼中轴的空间模式,构建以武汉为中心的地域经济综合体,以及政府的作用与地位三大策略,以促使武汉城市圈建设的成功.

Constructing Wuhan metropolis is an innovative measure of realizing the well-off society generally implemented by the committee and government of Hubei Province, which tries to make use of some basic theories on urban economics and other related subjects to attain multipled multiplier-effects and win-win goal by agglomeration and diffusion effect. It can not only realize the over-conventional development of the nine cites in the metropolis but bring into the development of other areas in the province to build the well-off society all together. This paper consists of four parts--theory selecting, status in China, cognitions of Wuhan and constructing tactics. It also advances a one-center-two-wing middle-axis spatial model to promote the construction of Wuhan metropolis successfully.
