摘要
本文从高等学校实行雇员制度的动因和意义着手 ,具体阐述了在高校部分岗位实行雇员制的做法 ,并就在高校实行雇员制度的相关问题提出了一些见解 。
This paper analyzes the causes and significance of adopting the employee's system on some posts in the institution of higher education. Some suggestions are offered for reference concerning the flexible practice that institutions of higher education employ talents instead of possessing them.
