摘要
使用测试方式对企业管理人员的人格特征和动机水平之间的关系进行研究。结果发现 ,企业管理人员的总体动机水平普遍较高 ;大五人格方面 ,宜人性、智力开放性较低 ,而情绪性、公正性则较高 ;动机中的认知驱动力与人格的宜人性因素呈极其显著的负相关 ,与外倾性因素呈显著的正相关 ,与情绪性、公正性因素呈显著的正相关 ;
The authors studied by testing the relationship between motivation level and personal characteristics of managers. The results showed that the managers' motivation was high in general. The degree of agreeability and open-mindedness was low, while emotional stability and conscientiousness were high. Cognitive drive and extroversion were correlated remarkably, but cognitive drive and agreeability were not highly correlated. The cognitive drive and emotional stability and conscientiousness were also correlated remarkably. Self-enhancement drive and emotional stability were not highly correlated.
