摘要 作者使用无机陶瓷膜技术对玉米蛋白料液进行了分离。实验结果表明,被分离的水溶液中玉米蛋白的含量很低,完全达到了生产技术要求的标准。在此基础上,为了消除膜表面和膜孔内的污物,我们定量地研究了经过反冲和焙烧处理的膜对水溶液通量的影响。数据显示,这个分离技术完全可以应用到玉米蛋白料液的分离过程之中。 The separation of water from corn protein feed solution has been performed by employing inorganic ceramic membrane separation technology. The results show that the content of corn protein in separated water is very low and it meets the separation requirements. More on this basis, in order to clear away the deposition in membrane pores, the used membranes have been treated by counter flow and calcining, the effect to the permeability of water through the treated membranes have also been studied. Undoubtedly, this separation technology can be widely applied in food industry.
