控制院内感染护理作用探讨

Exploration of Nursing Department in Control of Hospital Infection

目的 探讨护理部在医院感染工作中的作用。方法 自 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 4年严抓消毒隔离 ,规范护理操作 ,强化科室制度 ,加强预防感染措施及消毒隔离效果监测。结果 2 0 0 4年空气监测合格率为 95 83% ,工作物品染菌合格率为 99 4 % ,消毒液浓度监测合格率为 99 5 % ;消毒隔离制度执行及无菌技术操作合格率为97 89% ;一次性无菌物品使用后毁形率达 10 0 % ;相关知识考试成绩人均平均 95分以上。结论 建立健全规章制度 ,加强消毒技术规范培训及管理是预防医院感染的关键。

Objective To explore the function of nursing department in work of hospital infection prevention.Mehtods From 2001～2004,we strengthen the work of sterilization separation,standarize the operation of nursing, intensify the sysem of the departments,enhance the infection prevention measures and sterilization effect supervision.Results The air supervision qualification rate in 2004 is 95.83%,the qualification rate of utensils is 99.4%,the qualification rate of disinfectant liquid as 99.5%,the qualification rate of sterilization sequestration implement and inaceptic technique operation is 97.89%,the demolishing rate of one-time aceptic utensils is 100%,the average score of related knowledge test is above 95.Conclusion To set up and perfect the rules,strenghten the training and management of sterilization technique are keys of preventing hospital infection.
