律草栓剂止泻作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Anti-diarrhea Effect of Lucao Suppository

目的 研究律草栓剂的止泻作用。方法 采用醋酸致小鼠扭体、大黄致小鼠腹泻及小鼠肠管吸收功能实验模型。结果 律草栓剂能明显减少醋酸致小鼠疼痛的扭体次数及大黄致小鼠腹泻的大便次数 ,并能促进小鼠肠道对水和氯离子的吸收。结论 律草栓剂有明显的止泻作用。

Objective To study the anti-diarrhea effect of Lucao suppository.Methods The mice model of pain induced by acetic acid、diarrhea by liquid Rheum water extract and intestinal absorption were used.Results Lucao suppository could decrease the twist numbers of pain mice and wet feces numbers of diarrhea mice.It also significantly promoted absorption of water and Cl - in intestinal tracts.Conclusion Lucao suppository has obvious anti-diarrhea effect.
