Restoration of Deep Burns in Area of Front-shin and Foot

目的 寻求胫前区及足部深度烧伤创面修复的合适方法。方法 根据对 35例胫前区及足部深度烧伤患者施行不同的组织瓣移位手术经验 ,讨论各种组织瓣形成的具体方法及注意事项。结果 组织瓣成活优良率达 97% ,创面修复效果满意。结论 术中根据皮肤软组织缺损类型和范围选择适当的组织瓣 ,并运用扎实的解剖学基础分离血管神经 ,是保证手术获得成功的关键。

Objective To study the appropriate restoration methods for deep burns in the areas of front-shin and foot. Methods According to the experiences in the different operations of grafted tissue flaps performed on 35 cases deeply burnt in the areas of front-shin and foot, discussing the concrete methods and the points for attention that facilitated the survivals of the different grafted tissue flaps. Results The good survival rate of the different grafted tissue flaps reached 97%, the results of restorations were fully satisfied. Conclusion Carefully choosing the appropriate flaps according to the types and ranges of the absences of soft skin and furtherly separating the nervous blood vessels by utilizing the solid rationales of anatomy were critical to the guarantees of operation success.
