摘要 介绍了一种采用连续波超声多普勒方法的管道流量测量系统。该系统在单片数字信号处理芯片上运用中频解调、选带傅立叶变换和加权平均频率估计等算法对连续波超声多普勒信号进行处理 ,解决了传统超声多普勒流量计在管道流量测量中遇到的低流速测量困难和无法判断流速方向等问题。 Introduced a system for pipe-flow measurements based on continuous-wave(CW)ultrasonic Doppler method.To process the CW Doppler signal,intermediate-frequency(IF) demodulation,zoom FFT (Fast Fourier Transform)and weighted average algorithm for frequency evaluation were implemented in a single digital-signal-processing device.Thus we solved problems in conventional ultrasonic Doppler flowmeters such as hard to measure low velocity flow and decide the flow direction.
