摘要
开发了一种基于PC/10 4微型计算机的柴油机快速检测仪系统 ,对系统的硬件和软件功能进行了详细的描述。检测系统运用电压电流传感器、油压传感器和振动传感器 ,实现了对柴油机起动系统电瓶 ,油压波形、动力性能、振动信号的测试和分析 ,在处理过程中随时给出处理信号的曲线、图表、数据 ,完成指定检测项目后 ,给出检测诊断报告。该检测仪体积小、可扩展性强、操作简便 ,诊断与分析功能强 。
quick testing system of diesel engines based on PC/104 processor has been developed.Describes in detail the hardware and soft ware techniques of the system.The instrument measures and analyzes start-up battery,fuel pr in the end and the specific resolving method is raised.The experiment result shows that the system can meet the needs of the analysis of solution concentrtion with a high sensitivity,a high anti-jamming capacity and a good linearity within the measurement range of 2%～15% for HCL.
