摘要
通过对我国工程建设项目管理体制实行过的多种形式进行分析、比较 ,对深化工程建设项目组织实施方式的改革提出了一些意见 ,以促进勘察、设计单位向工程总承包和工程项目管理企业转型 。
The paper makes comparisons and analysis on various types of management systems currently used in China's engineering construction industry and puts forward some proposals for further reforming the organization and implementation methods of construction projects in order to step up the transformation of prospecting and design institutes into the overall project contracting and management enterprises,thus meeting the requirements of the development and competition of both domestic and overseas markets.
