浙江省高校《邓小平理论概论》课教师素质状况调查与分析

摘要 本文从实际出发 ,指出目前浙江省高校《邓小平理论概论》课教师中存在的若干问题 ,分析和探讨产生这些问题的原因 ,提出解决问题的对策和建议。使人们尤其是高校领导者和决策者对目前《邓小平理论概论》课的教学情况有一个更完整的了解 ,并能采取有效的措施 ,切实加强和改进教师培养工作 ,增强《邓小平理论概论》教学的有效性。 Based on practical situation, the present paper points out some problems of the teachers who are giving the course 'An Introduction to Deng Xiaoping Theory' in Zhejiang province at present; meanwhile, the paper analyses and discusses the causes of these problems and presents some solutions to these problems. The paper aims at providing the educational instructors and decision-makers of colleges with a better understanding of the teaching situation of the course 'An Introduction to Deng Xiaoping Theory'. Therefore effective procedures can be taken to raise the efficiency of the course 'An Introduction to Deng Xiaoping Theory'.
