The Relationship Between Teaching Process and the Nurture of Innovative Ideology

本文对传统教学过程中存在的问题 ,提出基于创新教育观的教学过程有助于培养学生的创新意识和自我发展的能力 ,并探讨了制约教学过程有效组织的教师素质、教学手段。

The article analyses the problems in the process of traditional teaching, and suggests that teaching process, based on the concept of innovation education, contributes to nurturing students' innovative ideologies and self-developing abilities . It also approaches various factors restricting well-organized teaching process, including teachers' qualities, teaching method, way of evaluation, as well as environment of education.
