摘要
技术创新运行体系是关系到中小企业技术创新成效大小的重要问题。本文提出了技术创新运行体系的框架 ,对构成运行体系的三个要素和建设问题进行了探讨和研究。
The functional system of technological innovation (FSTI) is of great importance to the efficiency of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises. This article advances the frame of FSTI and goes into the three essential factors, which the functional system consists of.
