论商标抢注之成因及对策

Discussing the Cause of Formation and Countermeasure about Preemptive Registering of Trademark

本文就“商标抢注”这一目前我国商标领域里的热点问题的成因进行系统地剖析 ,指出我国现行商标法制在这方面的不足 ,进而提出反抢注的若干举措及立法建议。

The article aims at giving a systemic analysis on the cause of formation about trademark preemptive registering,the popular problem in the trademark field of our country now;it also points out the insufficiency in the active trademark legal system of our country;and then,it puts forward several measures and legislation suggestions about opposing preemptive register.
