Needs Analysis In-service Teacher Training for Some Minority Areas in Gansu

少数民族地区在职教师整体素质的提高 ,对改善少数民族地区基础教育的教学质量起着至关重要的作用。本文通过对我省部分少数民族地区义务教育阶段初中教师基本情况及现状的调查 ,分析在职教师的培训需求 ,提出更新在职教师培训的内容、形式等建议 。

The quality improvement of whole in-service teachers in minority areas in Gansu will play an important role in improving its basic education and upgrading the children's,particularly the girls’ access to basic education.This paper will focus on a needs analysis on the practical situations of in-service training in minortity areas of Gansu and suggest some later in-service training content and forms to the provincial teacher training framework for reference.
