摘要
目的研究中药复方对卧床模拟失重骨超声速率及骨代谢的影响。方法健康男性 1 6人、- 6°头低位卧床 3周模拟失重 ,观察中药复方对人体胫骨超声速率 (speedofsound ,SOS)、血钙 (Ca)、血磷 (P)、血清碱性磷酸酶同工酶 (ALP)、生长激素 (GH)、甲状旁腺激素 (PTH)、骨钙素 (BGP)、肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)等指标的作用。结果与卧床前比较 ,卧床第 7、1 4、2 1天及起床后第 6天胫骨超声速率 (SOS)均显著降低 ,P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ,中药组比对照组胫骨超声速率增高 ,但无显著差异 ;中药组卧床第1 8天及起床后第 5天血磷均显著升高 ;中药组卧床第 1 8天血清碱性磷酸酶同功酶升高 ,与对照组相比差异显著 ,P <0 .0 1 ;中药组骨钙素呈先升后降的趋势 ,即卧床第 1 8天时骨钙素较卧床前升高 ,起床后第 5天骨钙素较卧床第 1 8天降低 ,经统计学处理有显著差异 ,P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ;中药组卧床第 1 8天甲状旁腺激素显著降低 ,与卧床前比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ;肾上腺皮质激素两组的变化趋势相同 ,在起床后第5天显著增高 ,与卧床前及卧床第 1 8天比较差异显著 ,P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5。结论中药方可从整体上对抗骨丢失 ,促进骨的正常代谢活动 ,对模拟失重骨丢失有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese herbs-compounds on speed of sound(SOS) and bone metabolism in tibia under head down bed rest (HDBR). Method Sixteen subjects underwent -6° HDBR to simulate weightlessness for 3 weeks, the effects of Chinese herbs-compounds on SOS in tibia, calcium(Ca) and phosphorus(P), alkaliphosphatase(ALP),growth hormone(GH),parathyroid hormone(PTH), bound bone glaprotein(BGP) and Calctonin(CT) and adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH) in serum were observed. Result Compared with before HDT, SOS increased significantly (P<0.01 or P<0.05) at the seventh and twenty-first day of HDT and the sixth day after HDT. Compared with the control group, the SOS in the Chinese herbs treated group decreased. P in serum of Chinese herb treated group increased significantly at the eighteenth day of HDT and the fifth day after HDT. Compared with the control group, the ALP of Chinese herb treated group increased significantly (P<0.01) at the eighteenth day. BGP of the Chinese herb treated group increased at first, then decreased, compared with that before HDT it increased at the eighteenth day of HDT and decreased significantly (P<0.01) at the fifth day after HDT comparing with that at the eighteenth day of HDT. Comparing with that before HDT, PTH of Chinese herb treated group at the eighteenth day of HDT decreased significantly (P<0.05). Comparing with that before HDT,ACTH increased significantly at the fifth day after HDT. Conclusion The Chinese herb compounds prevents bone loss under simulated weightlessness, and enhances bone metabolism.
