摘要
学校既要有办学的自主权,又要开放办学,积极听取家长、社区居民以及学生、教职工的意见,让他们参与学校管理,这是学校管理发展的必然趋势,也是实现全社会关注教育的一种手段。为此,主要发达国家均采取了类似于“学校评议员”的制度,尽管在提法和具体做法上有所不同,但可从不同角度为我们提供较丰富的借鉴。
While a school has sovereignty in running school,it should accept the advice of student parents,community residents,students and staff,which means that all of them should participate the school management. It's a kind of developing trend of school management,and also a method for concerning education in the whole society. Therefore,the main developed countries have accepted school commentator institution. Although they are different in definition and implementation of the institution,their experience provides reference for us.
