城市化进程中的就业问题探析

Exploring the employment matter in the process of urbanization

改革开放以来,我国的城市化进程虽然明显加快,但目前城市化水平仍较低。就业岗位不足、就业制度不完善、就业弹性降低等问题已经成为阻碍城市化进程的重要因素。因此,必须采取有效措施,促进就业增长,切实保护农民工在城市就业的各种权益,从而进一步加快我国的城市化进程。

Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization has been quickening, but the present urbanization level is still low. Insufficient job opportunity, imperfect employment and reduction of employment flexibility have become the important factors of hindering urbanization. Therefore, it is necessary to take effective measures to promote the growth of employment, protect the farmer workers' various rights in the employment in cities and quickening the urbanization process.
