摘要
新闻策划,是在对实际情况进行详细调查,对新闻事实的背景材料、发展过程以及发展走势作了透彻分析后,采编人员对新闻的主题思想、报道基调、新闻规模以及新闻发表时机进行的一种有机规划。就新闻策划在对新闻事实的主动选择和突出传播方面进行了论述。
The planning of the news refers to the organic planning which is carried out by the compilers about the topic ideas of news, reporting key tone, news scale and news publishing chance after the compilers investigate the real conditions and analyse the background, development process and development trend of the news. This paper discusses the active choice and protruding of dissemination of news in the news planning.
