摘要
随着通信网络的广泛应用，网络管理日益受到人们的重视。文章首先分析了电信管理网（TMN）的设计策略，然后论述了一种基于TMN设计技术的数据采集方法。
With the widespread application of communication network, net-work management becomes lmportant day by day. At first,this paper analyses theplan of telecommunication network management technology,then describes a kindof mathod to realize network data collection.
