本文详细介绍了用于丝锥加工的高精度复杂型面金刚石修整滚轮的制造技术。这种高技术产品型面设计合理,修整效果理想,造价较进口滚轮低。可与进口的NC丝锥磨床配套使用。
In this paper, manufacturing technique of a kind of high precision intricate dressingroller used for tap processing is introduced. Applicable data are presented. The diamond dressing rollerdeveloped by the authors features in its hi-tech manufacturing process, rational profile design, perfectdressing effect and reduced production cost. Through application it has proved competent to match withimported NC tapping grinder.
