摘要
利用X射线衍射对以富硅合金为粘结剂的烧结型金刚石烧结体进行物相分析,发现了一新的中问过渡相,并对其结构进行了初步的探讨。
By means of X--ray diffraction, is carried out in this paper the phase analysis onpolycrystalline diamond body sintered with silicon--rich alloy under ultrahigh pressure and hightemperature. A new intermediate transisting phase is discovered, and its crystal structure isinvestigated.
