摘要
本文对工程陶瓷精密加工进行了系统的研究。根据大量的试验结果,分析了影响表面粗糙度的主要因素。当采用最佳切削参数时,可获得Rz0.074~0.068um的表面粗糙度。
This paper discusses the precision machining process of engineeringceramics. Based on systematical experiments, the main factors affecting surface roughness arestudied. When the cutting parameters optimized are used, the final surface roughness valuereaches R_z0. 074~0. 068μm.
